Rafael was spectacular. I thought I had bed bugs. He spent time asking me questions and then he was kind and informative his inspection was thorough. Wonderful pest control experience (ugh) because of Rafael!
We had Marvin Kizer come out to do an inspection just to be safe after getting a couple bug bites a couple weeks ago. Marvin was on time, professional, kind, and honest. When he didn't find any evidence of bed bugs, he didn't push us to still do the treatment and gave us his card to reach back out should we need anything further. A super great experience. Thanks Marvin!
Manny was thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and did a complete inspection. He found no evidence of Bed Bugs and he also recommended a couple of suggestions to keep it that way. Also, your receptionist was very helpful also.
Rafael Espinoza, he was our tech for apartment treatment and follow up. ONE AND DONE, the first time he came out and treated we instantly had no more issues. He also reassured us that the problem should not occur and we are definitely pleased with the results!!!
Marvin and Rene took care of my ant problem same day. I was in the middle of getting my windows replace and in opening up the wall, we found carpenter ants. EcoTech got someone out that day (Rene) before the wall was closed up, which allowed them to get bait inside the wall. Haven’t seen a live ant since and Marvin’s follow up was on time and informative. .
